- Sản phẩm đầu ra là các bộ hồ sơ thiết kế xin phép XD, hồ sơ kỹ thuật thi công, tức là tất cả những gì cần thiết để xây dựng xong công trình.
- Thành phần hồ sơ bao gồm: bản vẽ hiện trạng công trình (nếu là công trình cải tạo), bản vẽ định vị, ranh giới khu đất, các bản vẽ phần kiến trúc, các bản vẽ chi tiết cấu tạo triển khai, các bản vẽ kết cấu khung chịu lực, mặt bằng trần, lát sàn, bố trí đồ đạc, kỹ thuật điện, điện thoại, tín hiệu vô tuyến, kỹ thuật chống sét, cứu hoả, ... kỹ thuật cấp thoát nước, dự toán chi tiết.
- Thời gian thực hiện: Đối với các dự án công trình công cộng và công nghiệp, xin liên hệ cụ thể để biết chi tiết. Riêng với nhà ở gia đình, thời gian thực hiện sẽ bao gồm 02 giai đoạn chính: lập hồ sơ thiết kế sơ bộ (5- 7 ngày kể từ khi ký hợp đồng) và triển khai hồ sơ kỹ thuật thi công (5 - 10 ngày kể từ khi thống nhất phương án sơ bộ).
- Chi phí thực hiện: tính theo m2 sàn, đơn giá phụ thuộc vào nhiều yếu tố: tổng diện tích sàn, dạng nhà, số mặt tiền, xây mới hay cải tạo, hình thức kiến trúc, ...

- Thời gian thực hiện: Đối với các dự án nội thất cho công trình công cộng và công nghiệp, xin liên hệ cụ thể để biết chi tiết. Riêng đối với nội thất nhà ở gia đình, căn hộ chung cư, nội thất văn phòng, showroom, triển lãm, nhà hàng, ... thời gian thực hiện sẽ bao gồm 02 giai đoạn chính: phác thảo phương án (5 - 7ngày kể từ khi ký hợp đồng) và triển khai hồ sơ kỹ thuật thi công (7 - 10 ngày kể từ khi ký hợp đồng)..
